Physical Therapy is the evaluation and treatment of a patient’s physical condition. A Physical Therapist primary goal is to restore movement and function, relieve pain, and prevent further injury.

Physical Therapists have a wide range of treatment skills including: manual therapy, myofascial release, joint and soft tissue mobilization, massage, therapeutic modalities, and exercise.Part of your recovery plan may require using crutches or a walker, wearing a back, knee, or other type of brace brace, using an orthotic (foot support), or obtaining assistance in selecting proper footwear. Your physical therapist will assist you and your medical provider in identifying and obtaining the appliance that is best suited for you.
